These terms describe the basic rules that apply when you use Nagorik Gateway Connect. By accessing the console or integrating with the APIs, you agree to follow these terms.

• Account responsibility. You are responsible for keeping credentials, API keys, and webhook endpoints secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Acceptable use. The platform must not be used for prohibited or unlawful transactions under applicable law or the policies of your payment providers.
• Third‑party providers. Payment authorisation, settlement, and dispute handling are performed by your connected providers; Nagorik Gateway Connect provides routing and orchestration only.
