Refunds & Return Policy
Nagorik Gateway Connect orchestrates payments between your systems and connected providers. Refunds, chargebacks, and returns are ultimately governed by those providers and by your own policies with merchants and customers.
- Refund initiation. Refunds are initiated through your connected provider or internal back‑office tools. Where supported, Nagorik Gateway Connect can trigger refund flows via provider APIs.
- Status tracking. The platform exposes refund and reversal status based on provider responses so that your teams can monitor outcomes in the console.
- Policy ownership. Your own agreements with merchants and end‑customers define when refunds or returns are allowed. Nagorik Gateway Connect does not set or enforce commercial refund terms.
